Scholarship Awarded at State of Virginia 56th Session 2017

Shown below is the 2017 recipient of the West Jordan Scholarship Fund sponsored by the GUOOF of the State of Virginia. The award was in the amount of $1,000. His name is Deondre Dagner and he will be attending Old Dominion University. Presentation by Sis. Norma Bannister Grant, DGMNG, Virginia.
