Lodge # 7224 North Carolina gives to March of Dimes

The Grand United Order of Odd Fellows makes a contribution of coins to the March of Dimes Project. Pictured are Brother Kevin N. Brown of Riley Hill Lodge # 7224 of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows and North Carolina Jurisdiction in which the Noble Grand is Brother Melvin Holden and Mrs. Mae Belle Ballard who is The March of Dimes Project Coordinator and Mr. Bernard McIntosh.The event took place on September 30,2017 in Lake City,South Carolina.

January 2018 Session Information

Greetings Brothers and Sisters of all Lodges, Households and Other Branches of the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows:

The January Full Board session is scheduled for January 10-13, 2018 with departure on Sunday, January 14th.  The session will culminate with the Installation of District Grand Lodge and District Grand Household officers on Saturday, January 13, 2018.

As usual, the Installation Ceremony will be followed by the Banquet. Tickets for the banquet are $50 each.
Please mail all monies for tickets to my VA home address (7314 Porters Rd., Esmont, VA 22937).  Tickets will be distributed to you upon your arrival in Philadelphia.  The deadline for purchase of banquet tickets is December 18, 2017.

 The casino trip to Atlantic City will be on Friday, January 12.  Tickets for the casino trip are $20 each.   Casino ticket money should be mailed to my VA addressThe deadline for purchase of casino tickets is December 18, 2017.

The 2018 Souvenir Journal is dedicated to the memory of Sister Gloria Green who organized our souvenir journals for many years.  Ad prices are:

Event in South Carolina

Grand United Order of Odd Fellows member Brother Kevin N. Brown helps pass out school supplies to area students in Lake City, S.C. on August 12, 2017.Brother Kevin N. Brown is a proud member of Riley Hill Lodge # 7224 in Windell, N. C. The Odd Fellows were a part of The “Peaceful Existence Among Communities Everywhere” event which was a community event to stop violence in this community.The overall message for this day was PEACE which equates “Peaceful Existence Among Communities Everywhere.”School supplies were given out such as book bags, notebooks,pens and pencils.Refreshments were served.The event help to serve about 175 persons.There were inspirational speakers and civic leaders,ministers,school officials and police department.
