Juvenile Society

Household of Ruth # 1, Harrisburg, PA presented the proposition to establish Juveniles at the Third Quadrennial Meeting of the Grand Household of Ruth held in St. Louis, MO , August 1891. The proposition was adopted but was not put in reaffirmed the proposition and also the English B.M.C. in 1896. The first Juvenile Warrant was secured by Household of Ruth # 29, Washington, D.C. to open Juvenile  Society #1 of Washington, D.C., September 13, 1897. 

The Branch mission is to provide our youth with opportunity to work with other youth, learn leadership skills and promote opportunity for recruiting new members for Households and Lodges.
