Greetings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Area II meeting will occur on April 24-25, 2020, at the LaQuinta Inn and Suites, 300 S. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD, 21801.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: Call the La Quinta Inn, 410 546-4400 to make your reservations. The deadline for hotel reservations is March 27, 2020. The hotel room rate is $89.00 (not including taxes). Be sure to tell the hotel that you are with the Grand United Order of Odd Fellows in order to get the group rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGISTRATION: $70.00 Pre-Registration, $80.00 \u2013 On Site. Please make checks or money orders payable to: Area II Finance Committee and send to Sister Christine Cross at 1317 Roosevelt Ave., Portsmouth, VA, 23701. The deadline for registration is April 3, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITIES: Each District Lodge and Household must pay Education Fee – $100.00 and Social Service Fee – $50.00. Send Education funds to Director Graham T. Paige \u2013 7314 Porters Road, Esmont, VA, 22937. Send Social Service funds to Co-Director Cathy McGlotten \u2013 1700 Samuel Lane, Salisbury, MD, 21801. Make checks or money orders payable to Area II Finance Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KING AND QUEEN CONTESTS: This year\u2019s King and Queen Contest will feature the DMNG and DGM of the District Grand Lodges and District Grand Households. All candidates should be prepared to report to Ways and Means Chair Sister Brenda Dutton Harding upon arrival at the Area Session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORATORICAL CONTEST: We expect each District will get one or two children for our Oratorical Contest. Contact Brother Graham Paige for guidelines and topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUVENIR JOURNAL: There will be a souvenir journal prepared for the Occasion. The cost of ADS are: Full Page: $40.00, Half Page: $25.00, Patrons: $2.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n
